The place is pretty standard and has excellent location right in the Center of Mumbai. The hotel offers lots of food that was fine. Neat and cheap rooms complete with shared bathroom and balcony, for example.

Comfortable stay! 🌟 We loved starting our day with a nice breakfast alongside a cup of tea or coffee. Our room came with a shared toilet, but it wasn't a problem at all.

We stayed at a conveniently located hotel opposite CST. the staff at City Palace were friendly and always willing to help. the room was basic but clean, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay. the hotel is surrounded by many shops and attractions, making it a great base for sightseeing. We also enjoyed the good exchange rate nearby, which was an added bonus.
Cons: Nothing to fault 👍.

Convenient Location: Located in South Mumbai, this hotel is perfectly situated near popular attractions and landmarks like the Gateway of India, Jehangir Art Gallery, and Fashion Street. It's like being at the heart of a bustling city with everything just a stone's throw away.
Noisy Area: The area surrounding the hotel can be quite lively, which may not be ideal for those seeking a peaceful and quiet stay.

Great location opposite CSMT, solid building with nice rooms. TV with English channels and air conditioner in the room. Good budget price. The elevator has a unique old-fashioned style. Very kind personnel willing to help. Walking distance to India Getaway and many shops around.

During our stay at Hotel City Palace in Mumbai, we had a wonderful time exploring the area's attractions. One of the highlights was visiting the lively Front Bay and strolling along the picturesque Worli Sea Face Promenade. The vibrant atmosphere and breathtaking views made it a memorable experience for our entire family. We enjoyed spending quality time together and creating lasting memories at these beautiful locations.
My children wanted a dedicated play area or kids' club at the hotel.

As vegetarians and vegans, we were delighted to find a great range of plant-based options at the on-site restaurant. the staff was knowledgeable about vegan dietary requirements and were able to recommend suitable dishes.
Felt completely safe and secure, with no complaints about the hotel.

There were not many positives about my stay at this hotel, but if I had to pick something, I would say the location was decent. It was conveniently close to Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus, which made it easy to get around the city. , the rooms, although tiny, had decent washrooms. But honestly, that's about it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Wow, what a disappointment! This hotel was a complete letdown.

I recently stayed at City Palace for a week while exploring Mumbai. The location, directly opposite Victoria railway terminus, was perfect for my travel purpose. The building was solid and the room, although small, had a TV with more English language channels than most hotels. The AC, although old and noisy, worked well and could be adjusted individually. The old-fashioned lift and helpful staff added to the charm of the place. And the best part? The budget-friendly price.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, with easy access to the train station and the vibrant Crawford Market area. It is situated directly across from the train station, making it a convenient choice for travelers. Additionally, the hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with beautiful views of the bustling streets below. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing good service throughout the stay.
The size of the rooms could be a little larger to provide more space for guests.

A welcoming atmosphere and excellent service: The hotel staff was so hospitable and friendly, they made me feel like royalty during my stay. I couldn't help but be reminded of the finest restaurants in Edinburgh with the level of service I received here.

It was also conveniently located right in front of a Bus Terminus. I was pleased to find two good vegetarian hotels within just a 3-minute walk from the City Palace. the hotel building was solid and impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the room I stayed in had a TV with a good variety of English language channels, as well as an air conditioner, even though it was a bit noisy. the old-fashioned elevator with a grate and a staff member operating it added to the charm of the place. the hotel offered good value for the budget price. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 😄.
